HealthInsight is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to improving the healthcare systems of Utah and Nevada. Under a contract to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, HealthInsight serves as the Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) for Utah and Nevada.
