2. What happens with your resume?
Upon receipt, your resume will be entered into the HealthInsight resume database. If you are applying for a specific open position, your resume will be reviewed immediately. If your skill sets and experience fit with those required for the position, and the company feels a match is possible, you will be contacted to arrange an interview. Interviews may be conducted in person, or on the phone if you are located out of state. At the time of the interview, an application is filled out by all candidates.
3. The Interview Phase
The number of interviews can vary. A decision could be made fairly quickly, or possibly take a few weeks, depending on the specific circumstances.
4. Decision on Employment
After consultations are complete and references checked, a decision is made, and the selected candidate is called with an offer of employment. Those who are interviewed but not chosen will also be notified of the outcome.
