Agency Partners
Utah and Nevada Home Health Agencies Commit to Transformational Change
The HealthInsight Quality Partners welcomes 20 home health agencies in Utah and 27 home health agencies in Nevada who have dedicated their resources to transform home health care.
Partner agencies will focus primarily on acute care hospitalization, a national priority of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Agencies have the opportunity to participate in three groups to achieve transformational change.
