Join the Campaign

Participation in the Advancing Excellence Campaign

It’s easy to participate!  Nursing homes, consumers, and community stakeholders can all join the campaign. All you need is to register with the campaign by visiting the web site at:  www.nhqualitycampaign.org.

If you are representing a nursing home who is looking to participate, click on the “Why Register as a Nursing Home?” link in the yellow box.  The site will guide you to select a minimum of 3 improvement goals (one organizational and one clinical, and the third from either category) and the rest is up to you!

If you are a consumer looking to participate and show your support for the campaign, click on the on the “Why Register as a Consumer?” link in the yellow box next to the nursing home registration link.  There you will find information about how you can participate as a consumer of long term care and become involved in the campaign activities.

The Advancing Excellence Campaign regularly provides free educational opportunities,  in addition to offering free tools, resources, and best practices for each campaign goal.  Updates and important events are shared via email so be sure not to miss these exciting opportunities as they are announced.
