2007 Hospital HealthInsight Quality Award Criteria
Using the ten-measure starter set data on Hospital Compare for October 1, 2005 – September 30, 2006 discharges, hospitals that had at least fifteen cases on at least eight of the ten measures were ranked against their peers nationally. The hospitals that ranked in the top 25 percent are receiving an award.
