The HealthInsight Quality Partners welcomes a select group of primary care physician offices in Nevada and Utah who have dedicated their resources to assist in a national initiative to reduce healthcare disparity among African-American, American Indian/Alaskan Native, Asian/Pacific Islander and Hispanic/Latino populations.
Partner clinics will focus on assessment and implementation of the Office of Minority Health (OMH) Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services Standards (CLAS) and on-line education to achieve transformational change in healthcare delivery and meeting healthcare needs.
